If your account was verified and you have not received a payout on the 15th or 30th, review the following information:
- Confirm your bank information: Double-check the account information you added in your AngeLink account
- Confirm the routing number: Ensure you have added a ABA or ACH routing number. This number is different from a direct deposit number
- Check your email inbox from our AngeLink team. Your fundraiser may be under review and requires additional information prior to funds being sent
If our AngeLink Safety Team has any concern about your fundraiser, we may put a hold on withdrawals in which case we would send an email titled “Urgent Message from AngeLink - Action Required”. Please check your email, junk mail folder and account page if you don't see it. Please respond to the details requested in our email in order to help us proceed with our review and potential lifting of the hold.
Please also check if you have any emails from our payment processor or a message from AngeLink requiring the submission of further information or documentation. Our team may have notified you of a hold placed on your account if we are reviewing an issue that needs further verification.
Additionally, a donation could be held, pending or charged back on the account if there’s a questionable or unrecognized charge. If you know the donor personally, please reach out to them directly to resolve the issue.
