AngeLink and its payment processing partners may require additional documentation to help verify a fundraiser if this cannot be done automatically. You may receive an email requesting more information.
🪪Acceptable forms of identification
Identity Documents:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Valid U.S. passport
- Social security or ITIN card (If you are 18 years or older and do not have either of these you can submit your valid U.S. student ID.)
Bank Documents:
- A recent bank statement in PDF - It must have been issued within the last 6 months.
- A copy of your electronic bank statement from your online banking app - eStatement issued within the last 6 months.
- Official email or letter from your bank - It must be stamped and signed by your bank. Otherwise, it won't be accepted by the payment processor.
- A copy of your voided check - Please note that for Chime accounts, Direct Deposit Forms are deemed ''Official Letter'' and must be stamped and/or signed by Chime for approval by the payment processor. Because all transactions in Chime occur online, having the direct deposit form stamped and signed will be challenging.
The bank document must have ALL this information visible:
- Your full legal name
- The bank's name
- The bank's logo
- Full checking account number
After updating the required information and uploading documents, it will undergo a verification process which can take up to 24-48 business hours. You will be notified via email of the status of the verification.
Please note that payment partner verification and the bank deposit process may delay the receipt of funds by approximately 2-5 business days.🗓️
