💵Payouts
AngeLink automatically initiates withdrawals of all available funds on the 15th and 30th of each month. Once a withdrawal is initiated, funds typically arrive in the designated bank account within two to three (2–3) business days.
Withdrawals are not processed on weekends, federal holidays, banking holidays, or other non-business days. If a scheduled payout date falls on any such day, the withdrawal will be processed on the next available business day.
In limited circumstances, AngeLink may approve exceptions to the standard payout schedule. Requests for an expedited payout may be submitted to customerlove@angelink.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any exception is at AngeLink's sole discretion.
Please note that AngeLink's payment processing partner does not support partial withdrawals and is not authorized to function as a bank or hold funds for extended periods of time. Accordingly, each withdrawal will be processed for the full available balance available for withdrawal in the fundraiser account. Partial withdrawals are not available.
Initiating or receiving a withdrawal does not affect the total amount raised by a fundraiser. Fundraisers may continue to receive donations after a withdrawal has been initiated or completed.
While AngeLink strives to make withdrawals available in a timely manner, AngeLink does not guarantee that withdrawals will be available within any specific timeframe. Withdrawal processing is dependent upon third-party payment processors, financial institutions, and applicable regulatory requirements, all of which may require additional verification, documentation, review, or approval before funds are released.
AngeLink reserves the right to require additional information, documentation, or verification from a fundraiser organizer at any time before releasing funds and may continue to withhold payouts until such requirements have been satisfied.
AngeLink and its third-party payment processing partners reserve the right to delay, suspend, restrict, reject, or place a hold on any payout, withdrawal, or transfer of funds when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, governmental requests, payment network rules, financial institution requirements, or the policies of AngeLink's payment processing partners. Payouts may also be delayed, suspended, restricted, or held in connection with fraud prevention efforts, suspected unauthorized or prohibited activity, identity verification requirements, chargebacks, donor disputes, elevated risk assessments, anti-money laundering reviews, sanctions screening, legal investigations, or any circumstance that may expose AngeLink, its users, donors, payment processors, or financial institutions to financial, legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AngeLink disclaims any responsibility or liability for delays, interruptions, restrictions, holds, suspensions, or inability to access withdrawal funds resulting from actions or requirements of third-party payment processors, financial institutions, governmental authorities, regulatory obligations, compliance reviews, risk mitigation measures, or incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information provided by a fundraiser organizer. Fundraiser organizers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information required to process withdrawals is accurate, complete, current, and truthful.

💸Automatic Refunds and Verification Requirements
Before funds can be transferred, the fundraiser organizer's identity and designated bank account must be successfully connected and verified in accordance with the requirements of AngeLink's third-party payment processing partners and all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance obligations.
Fundraiser organizers are required to connect and verify a valid bank account no later than ninety (90) days following the creation of their fundraising campaign. By creating and maintaining a fundraiser on the AngeLink platform, the fundraiser organizer acknowledges and agrees that timely completion of the bank account connection and verification process is a material condition of receiving and withdrawing funds raised through the platform.
If a fundraiser organizer fails to connect and verify a bank account within ninety (90) days of the fundraiser's creation, AngeLink and/or its third-party payment processing partners may, in their sole discretion and as required by applicable policies, regulations, compliance obligations, or risk management procedures, suspend the fundraiser, restrict access to funds, place holds on payouts, and/or refund all donations to donors using the donors' original method of payment.
By using the platform, fundraiser organizers expressly acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for satisfying the ninety (90) day bank account setup and verification requirement and that failure to do so may result in the suspension of the fundraiser, the inability to access funds, and the return of all funds to donors without further notice and without liability to AngeLink.
If verification is not successfully completed within the required timeframes, or if verification cannot be completed for any reason, AngeLink's third-party payment processing partners may take actions required by their policies, regulatory obligations, compliance requirements, risk management procedures, or applicable banking laws. Such actions are outside of AngeLink's control and may include restrictions on payouts, suspension of fundraising activity, or the refunding of donations to donors.
AngeLink reserves the right to suspend fundraising activities, restrict access to funds, place holds on payouts, request additional documentation, require enhanced verification, or take any other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, payment processor requirements, risk management procedures, fraud prevention measures, or legal obligations.
